Description
Graphics issue: no objects

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
1008107

What DLC do you have installed?
(DID NOT ANSWER QUESTION)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started Surviving Mars for the very first time (from Steam, no DLCs or addons; as vanilla as it gets :) ). I started the basic tutorial. First problem: When selecting the Rocket, the marker of the landing spot was not shown... found it finally by watching a video of this tutorial and clicked to land the rocket. The rocket was not visible, only the exhaust plume and dirt animations. The tutorial continued and I clicked on the building menu to place the first building... it was not visible. There are no drones visible, but there are "boxes" on the ground and now animations of tracks become visible and the boxes moved... etc... so the map itself is visible and some "boxes" on the ground. Nothing else. Not really the best experience to start a new game with a bug report :)

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. I restarted the mission several times and I restarted the game...

Please run a Steam Verify operation against the game, see if that finds anything to fix.

IF that doesn't help Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Hi thank you for your reply.

Indeed, Steam found and re-downloaded two erroneous files. Checked it quickly and it does work now as intended. Case closed and thank you for your quick support. I have attached the .log file nevertheless in case it is of interest what exactly caused the problem.
