Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of the Help tip is called: Building Upgrade Available. This help tip is instructing me to press R2 and D-pad when I am playing on PC. This Tip error is found both as a popup in top of screen and also in the help menu page.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, I've installed at work and at home playing different accounts.
