I can't launch a rocket on new game

Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, Project Laika, In-Dome Buildings Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i click on the rocket icon to launch it it just does not let me then i cant use most of the gui

Can you replicate the issue?

I can reproduce this issue with the attached save-game when trying to land the rocket (which I believe you meant to say?) . However, I have not been able to reproduce this in a new game using the same details as used in your game.

It occurs every game, every area and I have done everything to try to fix it verifying files , reinstalling the game. It even does it on the tutorial that I found out now.
