Icons Appearing incorrectly (Windows)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When selecting an icon on the build menu, it shows that one item is selected but shows the tooltip for a different item (see attached image). For example, when the solar panel is selected, it shows the information for the Large Solar Panel. This happens only when using the controller.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, started the game with mouse and keyboard, and once I switched to the controller, the bug happened again.
