Description
If no developer responds to a bug report on this page does that mean its not considered a bug?

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
1008298

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Marsvision Song Contest, Project Laika

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Trying to figure out how this bug reporting system works. The OP has not been updated in awhile and many reports have come in over the past month. Sometimes a developer responds to a bug report saying they'll look at that bug. But most bugs are looked at but not responded to. Is there a current list of bugs that Abstraction is working on? Will there be a fifth hotfix?

Can you replicate the issue?
I look at this page multiple time every day.

Okay, so I've complained about bug reporting on this forum, that there's no central database which would allow us, the customers, to figure out what bugs have been reported, confirmed, discarded and which are being worked on. Many bugs are reported multiple times since everyone assumes they're the first to report that bug. Also, since there's zero feedback no one knows if a bug is actually considered a bug or possibly just an idiosyncrasy of normal gameplay.

Not wanting to be just a complainer but also a helper I have scoured the Internet in an attempt to find an example of a company that seems to be doing a good job in this area that the Surviving Mars developers could potentially emulate in order to give their customers the crucial feedback they need regarding the essential function of soliciting bug reports and, more importantly, updating us with their status.

Please find below an excellent example of a company (company name something like... Enigma? Parallax? have to look it up) that seems to be doing a good job providing this feedback but also engaging in developer-to-customer discussions which help to clear up misunderstandings and potentially reduce frustration--things the Surviving Mars team (and their customers!) could definitely benefit from. Despite being small and obscure this company seems to be doing all the right things... wait just one darn minute...
