Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
THe graphics are incomplete and so the game is unplayable. I just installed and cannot play properly as the images and text do not appear what so ever only some bits of text appear. there is no lagging or slow graphics issue

Can you replicate the issue?
each time i start the game this happens

Done clean reinstall deleted all of appdata of the game , installed newest drivers for graphics card , nothing is working , the only difference is that if I manually change resolution in app data file more things appear but still not complete

I've got the exact same issue, uninstalled surviving mars, uninstalled steam, deleted all appdata and folders. Reinstalled and had same issues.
Works fine on my lap top but not on my newer and better PC running Win7.

Please attach here the game logs:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
