Linux - Graphic Rendering

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Attempted to play the game in Gentoo Linux in Kernel 4.9.34-gentoo. I am running the game on Graphics Card Subsystem: PC Partner Limited / Sapphire Technology Fiji [Radeon R9 FURY / NANO Series] running on the amdgpu driver.
Starting the game is perfectly fine. I do not have issues with text rendering (as previously reported here). The game, however, does not render the graphics as it should. Screenshots have been added to show what I mean. There's some lines across the screen, and when zoomed in, you can see blocks. The colors appears to be shaded lighter and there's some white dots (failure to describe what they really are). I will share what settings I have in the game in the screenshots below (I left everything at default). I do not have a customized xorg.conf in my machine. Let me know if any other information is necessary.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes.
1) I have attempted to modify the video settings.
2) I have removed the files from Steam and any other location in my FS and reinstalled the game
3) Any other game besides this (such as Kerbal Space Program, Dota 2, Rocket League, Sid Meiers Civilization V) does not have rendering issues.
