Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After researching Mars Nouveau the construction materials required stayed the same as before the research.
The tech does say it doesn't affect construction of domes but nothing about tunnels.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, research the tech and try to build a tunnel.
