Marsgate doesn't work anymore

What is your game version?
Spirit + hotfix

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Marsgate doesn't make any progress after sol 102 and I am at 266. Previously it progressed in a state where 6Ez-3 rover needed repairs. But now nothing happens.

Can you replicate the issue?
It would require a whole new playthrough so I haven't tried.

One more note:
The play through above was (new) started with the Spirit + Hotfix.
