Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I purchased and installed the Martain Express DLC and it isn't functioning with my existing saves, it only works with new saves.

Can you replicate the issue?
yes. i have 3 old saves, all 3 have the same issue where the trains aren't an option in the infrastructure tab

That seems to be the case with any DLCs in this game, I'm afraid. I'm not aware of any possible workaround.

Hi, hope this could be the solution, unfortunately I am not even allowed to post it as text, so see the pic.

You can use my Old Saves Accessible DLC mod to get trains working (I've tested it, you can build stations/trains without issue).

I'd still get LukeH's patch mod for trains though.
