Medium Dome Will not Repair With All Needed Resources

I'm having an issue with a Medium Dome not being maintained by my drones, nothing I do can make them repair it. This issue only began after I installed all the DLC to the game. I am having the same issue as the ones reported in these threads.

Attached is an image of one of the drones sitting at the edge of the dome shaking but not repairing at all, this happens repeatedly and nothing gets done.
I'll also attach save file and logs.
Can you replicate the issue?
A way I was able to repeat the issue on my save file was command all drones to a Controller out of range of the broken dome, then reassign some to a tower close to the Medium dome, that is when I see them standing at the base of the dome shaking with the needed polymers in hand.

The polymers are there. I can tell a drone to do maintinence and they will. But they will not repair the medium sized done with a crack in it.
