Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The asteroid extractor always extracts at the same base rate (5) regardless of the quality of the deposit, it is affected by extractor technologies and upgrades however.

This also applies to extractors with depleted deposits if the breakthrough tech Nano-Refinement is active, which is how I realized the issue, they'll keep extracting as if there's still an active deposit below.

Now that you say that, it did extract 5 per sol no mattter the grade. Then with my super amplificator it extracted 7,5 still no matter the grade.
