Missing Deluxe content in the First Colony edition

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I bought the First Colony edition, but for some reason I don't have access to the deluxe content. I can't see the Quantum Sonics Radio, the metropolis set or the alternative housing skins. In my list of DLC on Steam only shows up the art book, the OST, Stellaris Dome set, the wallpaper and the Season Pass.
Can you replicate the issue?
