Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Missing resources that have been found by scanning but nothing on the map itself, can't extract (concrete). It's second time I see it, both sectors scanned, both have 'yellow-ish' marker where concrete should be but no concrete on the map and can't extract. Scanning showed that concrete was found, 3 screenshots provided E3 scanned. With no concrete marker afterwards visible, extractable... Same problem on sector E4

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, second time I play on this map, second time I scan both sectors and no concrete is found around here. Even when scan is saying that there should be concrete E3, E4 (N41W111)

If you don't mind mods then Fix Deposits Wrong Map. If that doesn't work, then mind uploading your save file? (and if you have a log from when one was scanned then that'd help as well).
