Description
Modded game disables harsh weather events.

Steam

What is your game version?
1009413

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, Project Laika, In-Dome Buildings Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Harsh weather events do not occur in game when modded(Any mod apparently). You can max all weather events under "game rules" and they just don't occur. You'll get an occasional light duststorm or dust devil, maybe even one cold front but, not anywhere near what you will get when your game is unmodded. This used to work fine before Below and Beyond.
Steam thread for bug - https://steamcommunity.com/app/464920/discussions/0/3158705742084181924/

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Just mod the game(even radio mods will cause it). Enable harsh weather events in game rules and nothing. Snore fest/easy mode. I explain in great detail under the above steam thread as "Fat Mike". I just posted here so you guys are more likely to see it.
It's a pain in the rear to test because, when is it too long to not have a harsh weather event or meteor shower? If you play with maxed events normally you'll notice by the first 10 sols. It's way too peaceful. It'll feel like your colonizing the Mojave Desert =D

Thank you for your time.

P.S. Uploaded a wallpaper. I have no screenshots, error logs or save files related to this issue.

Hi Mark. Here is my latest savegame. I'm playing with mods and have maxed bad weather events in the game rules.
It's SOL 26 with zero weather events.

Hi Mark. It has something to do with the map generation when mods are enabled. A guy in the steam forums(The Worthless Gamer) found a work around. I've tested it twice. It works using his workaround.

Create map without mods. Save. Load mods. Reload map. The weather will work normally if you do this. Unfortunately a lot of mods can not be used when loaded after map generation.

Hopefully this is a good clue as to what might be causing the issue.
Good hunting ;)
