Do you have Space Race installed?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Old Saves:

Ranches not available to build - do not even appear in menus.
Old save files extremely laggy - no lag experienced previously.
Flags constructed show I.M.M logo instead of appropraite logo.

New Saves:

Occasional crash on start.
Cant land rockets.
Cant build anything (can bring the menu up but not select to build a building)
Can't zoom out to the map via button or scroll wheel.
Cant select the main menu with button or Esc key.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, replicable every time apart from the occasional crash on start.
