Also Sometimes able to go all the way to create a new game but then game freeze

Looks like there is a problem with the video card or driver. Uninstall the nVidia driver and reboot. Download a fresh copy of the latest one from here
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
and install it, then reboot again.

Hello Again,

I did a clean install of NVIDIA drivers and it fixed almost all of my crashes I'm still having some CTD. Those crashes didnt generate any logs... but I have the crash dump.

Actually I got some logs and im still getting the same errors that you spotted from last time. I dont understand since I completly removed all of the nvidia software + uninstalled in device manager the videocard. I reinstalled all of the driver fresh again. It's the only game that I have issue with. I really love it but it's getting anoying. I spent 85$ for the complete package....
