Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Beginning the construction of a lake, then switching to the underground and switching back after the construction has completed will flood the overworld.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, see above.

This has been reported a few times, caused by completion of the building while underground I think. Delete your lake and it'll go away and wait on the mars screen during construction. Ultimately a code fix is required, let's hope they fix it soon
