Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
requesting a passenger rocket results in the Screen from the screenshot, there arent any ghost buttons either, only the tab button will work, I haven't had any unnatural deaths (natural yes).
Starting Conditions: Japan 27*N 13*W Inventor profile, Prefab colony Long ride Rules. i also got the refugee event and picked the 30 refugees option, i also just built a medium dome so i want to fill it with pops. reloading the save seems to have broken a seperate bug in which my ramps didnt work and a transport rover was trapped halfway up a mountain. i dont know if its related but probably worth mentioning, ive had to reload this playthrough several times due to a bug when a colonist dies, they die repeatedly which racks up quite the body count from just 1 dehydration death, maybe it broke through and caused my applicant pool to dry up
