PC - Crash/Freeze after long time playing

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

When i play for a long time (2 or 3 hours) the game suddenly Freeze
Music still play, but the game freeze totaly.
i can't even go back to any menu to quit properly.
Can't kill the game, because it keep staying in first place, can't go to task manager to kill the game

My setup
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3
Processor : Intel I7 8700K (not overclocked)
memory : 2x8Go Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz CL16 XMP
Graphic : MSI Geforce 1080 Gaming X 8go
Hard drive : 1 Samsung 250Go SSD and 1 WD 1to (game installed on this one)
OS : Windows 10 Pro 64Bits

Can you replicate the issue?
Appens 3 times already, all with the same problem after playing around 3 hours.

I believe that I have the exact same issue. However, while I can move the camera the rest of the game remains frozen. Originally occurred after playing 3hrs. now occurs after less than 5 mins. Same version.

This also happens for me - sometimes already after 20-30 minutes. Could not play longer than about an hour without a screen freeze. The logs contain no error.
I have the GOG version running at 64bit Arch GNU/Linux with an AMD Radeon HD 7870 graphics card and recent MESA drivers.

Friday was ok after restarting the computer
But yesterday, same as you
even after restart the computer, 5/10 min game, frozen, only music and map scrolling, but nothing else

except i manage to get to the task manager and kill the game.
