Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I cannot click the pinned items at the bottom of the screen; it's as if they are not there. I have tried rebooting the game, rebooting my computer, starting a new world. It worked in the new world for a while, and then it glitched again. The actual vehicles are not affected.

Can you replicate the issue?

Agreed, I am also seeing this, I just loaded my game after saving and playing the night prior. Restarting the game did not work (see below). This is kind of game breaking because I don't think there is any other way to call down rockets, as I noticed the hard way and started trying more things to fix this.

I saved and loaded some different files and autosaves, the problem actually got worse as all pinned items no longer even displayed at the bottom.

Finally I restarted my game and loaded in my most recent save and this were working again. So not sure if you just need to wait a few sols and save/restart or what fixed it.

I also can confirm this bug. Got it yesterday after loading my game (Sol 48), reloaded, the entire bar at the bottom disappeared, had no more time to troubleshoot and stopped playing.
Today i load up again, same issue. As of today i got the latest version available on Steam and got Windows10.

Will try loading several saves in hoping it will fix itself, but i wil be really pissed if i lost this playthrough because of this...

I got it "repaired".
I saved again under a different name and reloaded that save game, now it is fixed again. Weird.
