Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am experiencing very poor performance on my hardware setup:

* Macbook Pro 2018 15", MacOS Mojave 10.14.5
* Razer Core V2
* Radeon VII 16 GB
* 1920x1080 resolution

The game suggests "High" video settings, but it runs at around 10-15 FPS (according to Steam FPS counter), and even on "Low" settings I am getting only 18-20 FPS.

For comparison, the same setup runs Civilization 6 on 4K resolution with max settings at 40-60 FPS.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, the issue reproduces every time I run the game.

To add to this, my notebook performs better with its on-board GPU (Radeon Vega 20): 30-40 FPS on "Low" and 15-20 on "High".

There's a bug on macos with unfrozen lakes (fps drops), if this mods fixes it for you then not much you can do other than waiting for the next update.

Yes, I have encountered that issue in another game. This is not related, I do not have any lakes on the map.

Same issue. I'm trying to play the game for the first time on a new macbook pro 13" with Radeon RX 5700 XT in a Razer Core egpu enclosure.

I've confirmed with Activity Monitor that the system is using the eGPU but performance is terrible - less than 20FPS when hovering over my city. Other games, including Cities Skyline are performing north at 50+ FPS no problem.
