Description
Time of day not consistent between above ground and underground [W10]

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
1007783

Do you have Space Race installed?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After spending some time underground exploring and clearing out tunnels, if the time of day changes from one working period to the next the power grid on the map you aren't on doesn't update to reflect this, except for solar panels which will turn off at night as usual. This results in my colony currently having a massive energy drain because my day shift Machine Parts Factory which normally has plenty of power due the solar panels trying to get enough power when they're all off, as it's acting as if it should be a working shift.

Save and reload does not fix this. It does reset back to whatever shift it's supposed to the next time the work shift changes, but that doesn't stop it being a pain in the meantime.

Colonists do not seem to work while this is happening (none of the factory workers are in the building), it's just the energy grid being drained when the factory should be in an inactive work shift.

Edit: Also happens if work shift changes when on an asteroid map.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes.
1 - Make sure you're above ground during a work period where a building is active and drawing power. Make sure that building's night shift is turned off.
2 - Go underground and wait until time passes into the night time work period.
3 - Return above ground and check any building with work shifts to find them still trying to draw power and indicating the work shift is still going.
