Description
Power switch not working as intended

What is your game version?
227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had a situation where a random cable malfunction occurred in one of the power cables sections.

That particular section was after a power switch.

I assumed that by flipping the switch (thus closing severing the cable connection and isolating the affected cable section from the main network) would stop my power levels from draining but i was wrong.

Even tho the cable malfunction was now in a part of the network not connected to anything, i was still losing power.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes.

Build a power generation facility and a battery, connect them with wires. Place some more wires to the side, dont connected to anything other than the main network. Put a power switch between the battery/power generation and a wire section.

Wait for a cable malfunction event to occur on the cables after the power switch, flip the switch.
