Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I bought the Green Planet + Project Laika bundle during the latest sale, but the Project Laika content is not appearing. I have seen other posts where people try uninstalling and then reinstalling Laika under the DLC management options of Steam, but this has not changed anything despite multiple attempts.

Can you replicate the issue?

New content will not be available in existing games. Did you start a new colony since installing this DLC?

Yes, I started a new game. After some time, I was able to build the ranch buildings. But I do not see any pets, even when zoomed in.

According to the wiki

Project Laika - Surviving Mars Wiki

Once you terraform the planet enough, pets will go outside to explore nearby bushes and trees.

I don't know the threshold for them to appear, but I guess you haven't reached it yet.
