Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On the PS4, you cannot Fire a worker or give overtime to a shift, when you try to do so you will always close the whole shift. It is clearly a UI problem. This is a major game breaker for serious players as it affects a core function of the game. Prehaps you could check up on the XBox version as well. This bug puts the console versions in dire straits. I will not go back to playing untill I hear the bug has been fixed. Thank you.

Hello, it's not just on the PS4, on the XBOX 1 if you sack someone it sacks everybody, it's a real pain.

I’m having this issue too on my PS4, really hope this gets patched ASAP! Obviously somebody forgot to bind button to the controller when they ported this game over.

A reply from paradox staff on this issue would be nice too.

There has been a reply from the powers that be and they have said they are aware of it and it's going to be addressed. They just aren't going to go into every thread about this issue (there are several) and post the same response over and over.

This is a game breaking bug that we are suffering from. The action of square on any worker shift function turns off the building instead. You cannot fire people nore can you limit shift positions which us a huge hit to early productivity and makes the game almost unbearable. Half of the game unaccessable to us console players. Not acceptable. You should be offering us free pc versions if you are going to release a broken game to us. It is literally impossible to get productivity out of anything early game because of this, it is 100% based on chance and indavidual placements which would not be a problem with 12 people so much as it is with 200. Im literally about to return the game if this is going to persist. I even hooked up a KBM in hopes i could do it that way, with no luck.

I agree that this is such a basic, yet major, bug that there is no way it should have ever passed initial testing since it seems everyone experiences it.
