My colony is on the flat lands and I'm building (at least trying to) the space elevator. I need 400 concrete for that, of which the drones have already liquefied all waste rock into concrete.
On a plateau (accessible by a tunnel only) I have a couple of water pumps and rare metal extractors generating tons of waste rock and 2 concrete depots. Sadly the drones there are just idle and not liquefying the waste rock at all. Instead I need to order them to make a dome and when 100 concrete is generated cancel construction so that I can pick up the concrete.

Can you replicate the issue?
issue is there for over 25 sols already...

I've noticed this on the PC as well, but what I noticed is that it happened when there were many waste rock dump sites. I had 30 dump sites, each with like 4 rocks, so they wouldn't turn it into concrete. when I destroyed all but 1 dump side, every time that dump site reached 5 rock it'd turn it into concrete. so, do you have a bunch of waste rock dump sites, just one, or none? if many, drop the number to 1 (for in reach, anyway, you can have 5 or more on the map, so long as they're on different parts of the map). if you have none, try building one and see if it resolves the issue. and if even 1 doesn't help, reply to denote my advice didn't help and you still have issues.

This sounds interesting (yet still as a bug). As you can see on the twitter link, I have 6 dump sites and not all are full. Let me fire up the PS4 and ditch 5 of them and see what happens...

[EDIT] Thanks for the hint. I (well my drones) am now making concrete on the plateau.
