Random Suffocation in Mega Dome

What is your game version?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Citizens will randomly suffocate on the edge of my mega dome. Oxygen supply is more than adequate and there are no cracks. There's a ton of people living there and it only seems to happen to one person every few sol. they also always suffocate right near the edge of the dome as well almost like the game might think they're outside.

Can you replicate the issue?
I built another mega dome trying to see if that one has the same issue, but it hasn't occurred yet although I haven't given it much time to do so.

I am having a similar issue. I have a corner of a medium sized dome near one of the airlocks which is a death trap. Every few minutes I have a colonist wander into that area and immediately die. Let me know if I can pass along any additional information to assist with tracking this down. I'm not sure I can continue this save in the mean time.

I am having the same issue with a basic dome. Not sure how common it is - being my first save and first dome for any significant amount of time.

Having the same issue with Basic domes in one of my saves. I noticed it happens more frequently in domes that have outdome structures or other nearby domes. Platform is W10.

Sure thing. I loaded this game a couple times and it happened within 5 minutes in the dome I labeled 'random death dome'

Here's mine. Pretty sure I saw it in two of the three domes...

I have the same issue it seems like aircraft drop off colonist near the wrong dome(not the one they were moving to) and they deside to go to the destination dome on foot, brave little idiots

I would also like to add that it happened with a Mega dome which was the third dome in my colony and i've frozen its construction for a considerable amount of time, due to energy crisis caused by mirror spheres

Same here on basic dome. Problem are shuttles. When they transport the human, they unload to the texture of dome. Than, human goes to status: abandoned the expedition...

Same here, I have built several domes and this keeps happening, it makes the save unplayable. But they go suicide between dome, they just die on the way.
