I managed to make it take off:
- set the rocket Automatic mode.
- Wait for rare metal to be loaded fully
- unset the automatic mode by clicking the blue blinking hexagone.

This workaround puts again the game on rails. So the bug having a workaround is fine for me.

But what if you don't have rare metals, for ezample if you want to land a rocket in a far away area of the map unreacheable by the rest of your colony, or if you want to use rare metals to make elctronics, or if you finished them. This is a temporary workaround, but not sufficient becouse now rare metals have become necessary to take off, like if they were fuel.

It is reason why, I think, developper has acknowledged the remaining issue and will propose another hot fix next week. I don't remember where I have read that, but it was on this forum.
