Rocket tourists report does not work on the ground

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My colony had only one tourist. After 5 days she wanted to go back to Earth, i built a spaceport near hotel and land the rocket. She came on board and i clicked a button to show statistic. The info message said, that i have a tourist who is able to fly back.
I do not see any statistic and i cannot close this window.
This statistic works, if I launch a rocket.
Can you replicate the issue?
