Surviving Mars - Rover will not charge

Rover will not charge

What is your game version?
1.0 ?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The RC Rover (drone command) battery died. It was on top of a power cable. I tried charging with both of the other rovers, separately and at the same time. It did not work. Tried relaunching the game. Did not work. No mods installed.

I can upload the save file if you can tell me where it is located.

Update: After researching the rover command AI, the rover shows full charge, but it still will not move or do anything.

Edit: I noticed that it says it is moving on the information panel, but it is stuck. Any drones assigned to it would not work. Needed to move them to another controller to get them to work.
