Rubicon Station Rocket Bug

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Rubicon Rocket needs 200 metal. The fuel is full but I cannot get the drones or the RC transport to load the metal into the rocket. Using the drone, it would pick up a metal resource and load it to the rocket, but the metal storage in the rocket still stays at 0/200.
Can you replicate the issue?
