Salvaging Buildings on Map Border Makes Them Unreachable

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The title description is pretty self-explanatory. Once this happens, not only will the resources salvaged no longer be reachable, but they will add to your total resource count and Drones and RC units get very confused and stop just short of the materials in question. If in the range of a Drone Hub, they will repeat this process indefinitely.
Smoothing out the border to maximize spatial effectiveness was a time-consuming process, and it's extremely unsatisfying to see a small hiccup in the works all because "the game don't do that."
Can you replicate the issue?
This bug can be replicated by crowding buildings in the corner of a map. I used Sterling Generators at the edge (because they're small and net lots of materials upon deconstruction), and upon removing one in the absolute corner or edge, the Polymers and Electronics instead escaped the buildable area instead of being placed right where the generator was salvaged. For reference, I had placed around 15 or so in the corner and the bug happened consistently.
