Shuttles don't check if other shuttles already do the work [Win10]

What is your game version?

Do you have Space Race installed?
Yes
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
- Build a universal depot or any other depot and set the required amount of resources to say "3".
- Have shuttles active that can deliver to that depot (doesn't matter if shuttles can carry 3 or 6 resources)
- Nearly everytime at least two shuttles will deliver 3 or more requested resources to that depot of the same type.
- Result: You will have more resources than you wished for and the shuttles did extra work that was not necessary
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, happend in every game I ever played, and I played a lot.
