Hi,

Does anybody know why my specialists keep changing to jobs that are not their speciality? For instance, some of my scientists keep running to the mines to work. That does not seem right...

Is this a bug/ design issue or am I doing something to make them move? Anything I can do to keep them in the jobs I assign them to?

It's a MASSIVE, glaring bug that many of the game's written reviews have already noticed.

I've tried filling in a bug report: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...ecialization-affinity-with-their-job.1080435/
No recognition as of yet.

You can even see it during Quill18's sponsored videos, when it happens right underneath Quill18's nose.

He has an infirmary with 1 medic and three other people, among which a botanist and a geologist.
The moment he switches down the priority, meaning less people work there, it's the MEDIC who moves out of the infirmary first, instead of the botanist OR the geologist, who are unsuited. It's the MEDIC who is supposed to stay!
