Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just installed the new patch today. As others have noted, all the workers in my science buildings were booted out of their jobs and now noone (including non-scientists) will automatically take a job in any science building.

I am running the game vanilla on a win10 machine.

I've let the game run about seven sols since updating--

- I can manually assign workers to science buildings and so far noone has left those jobs (update - see below)
- newly hatched young workers won't take the jobs either
- I have not tried rebuilding the science buildings as a workaround, as others have reported

About eight or nine sols after the update, my science workers all left their jobs as others have reported.

I tore down all the science buildings and rebuilt them, and the jobs were all filled instantly.

Rockets:
I set a rocket to allow exports, with automatic launch off. After it was fully loaded with fuel and rare metals, clicking the launch button did nothing.

Export off - good
Export on, auto on - good
Export on, auto off - cannot launch

Pre-patch save file is attached.

Can you replicate the issue?
Since the bug involves a patch update I don't think this question applies.
