Hello !
Trying to start the Game (Steam). A white Box will show for 2 sec. Box will close and nothing happend.
Deinstalling via Steam and Reinstall - no solution
Try to Reinstall Graphic Driver - no Solution
Try to "Run as Administrator" - no Solution
Steam check Files - OK - no Solution
Try to Run in compatibility-modes (Win 8, Win 7) - no Solution


PC Specs:
Fujitsu LIFEBOOK NH570 8GB
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M Driver 342.01

I'm afraid your NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M mobile video card is below the published minimum requirement, the desktop Geforce 620. It has a driver from 2016 which will never have any more updates from nVidia.

Has the game ever run on this machine, or never yet?

Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Hi and thanks for your reply,

i attached the log-file, but I don't think there is much information there.
I had never installed the game on my computer before as I just bought it now.

That logs stops at the point of detecting the video system, so I'm fairly sure that is the problem here.

Unless you have access to a machine with supoorted hardware, please seek a refund from wherever you bought it.
