Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Yesterday i bought Surviving Mars at a store, but you have to activate the included code at Steam. So I did that and at first I downloaded the game via Steam. Than i just started the game and i did see that i can't see any text (or just some) but it wasn't playable like this. So i deinstalled the game and this time I installed it with the DVD i bought. Still the same issue. And thats where I am now. I can't even try to change the settings, because i can't see it (or just partly).

Sometimes i see more text when i start the game, sometimes less.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, just by starting the game.

So i deinstalled the game and this time I installed it with the DVD i bought.

For the record, this can never fix a game problem. The game is identical whether got by download or DVD. If you actually bought it twice, please get a refund for one copy.

Please attach here the game logs:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please update that video driver:

And run a Steam verify operation against the game too.
