Transport not transporting concrete

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I use my transport to try and move concrete from one storage to another, and it refuses to do it. Route wont work either, just can't transport concrete.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yeah, try transporting concrete with transporter.
