Vistas not spawing after anomoly

Recently installed Below and Beyond.
Early game, two in game events occured (one by anomoly, unsure what triggered the other) both of which ended in a vista being spawned. The anomoly also added 50 colonists to the pool. The other event was the Twin Peaks event.
Both said a vista was spawned but there is no vista for either.
Supposed Locations of Vistas:
1. Anomoly at B5
2. Where rocket landed (Twin Peaks), edge of D4
Can you replicate the issue?
