WIN10 - Quickbar completely unresponsive

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Quickbar buttons are completely unresponsive and do not do anything when hovered over or clicked. Can unpin and repin items, but they are still unresponsive. Can't find rovers now.

Can you replicate the issue?
Restarted game client and computer and buttons are unresponsive every time.

Having the exact same issue, just started happening today.

Also experiencing this issue, same platform and version. Mine started upon loading a Sol 100 save; only that save file (and and saves made off of that save file) seems to be affected.

Upon further investigation I have the same issue as GruntyThrst. I was able to load a previous save and continue from there, but any from the save files branched from the file in question have an unresponsive quickbar. I uploaded the save file on this comment.

Workaround:
1. Load the savefile
2. Unpin items from the quickbar until there are four or five left
3. Save the game
4. Quit the game
5. Restart the game
6. Load the file you just saved.
