[Win10] Rocket does not launch.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A rocket that does not take off and does not prevent another building on it.
it's been a lot of day (~15-20) since it's taking off.
She was in automatic, but she was stuck at "preparing to take off" I canceled the automatic mode to try to launch it by hand.
Can you replicate the issue?
