Wind turbine takes wear and tear, when turned off.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Wind Turbine has been turned off for some time. while waiting for tech to be uncovered and researched, before I can even do any building, its a cold start and they all freeze. but that is another dumb issue with this game, I was running the game at speed 3 and I was looking at what I have built, and the wind turbine wore out before my vary eyes the descripiton of the switch says building take no wear and tear but the Turbine sure is. my solar panels are not taking wear and tear.. if you watch my save game you will see it climb, I just repaired it before sending this in.
Can you replicate the issue?
play the game build the wind turbine turn it off after a short time of use check back later you should see that it needs repaired or will soon. or you can turn the game on speed 3 and watch it climb..
