Xbox one stuttering

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just reached sol 76 and all of a sudden the game started stuttering. Everything the moves stops for about 2 seconds (ie drones, rovers, rockets, etc). This happens every 3 seconds on 3x speed. I can move the camera while this is happening but its making the game unplayable.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes its happened for 3 sols straight now
