Xbox one X drones getting stuck by dome door

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I two drone centers that reported heavy usage so I build them up considerably. One has 80ish drones. Then I realized they were all getting stuck just to the right of one of the doors inside of a dome. If I turn off the drone centers they will all return but as soon as I turn them back on most of them get stuck again.
Can you replicate the issue?
