Am I the only one that is having crashes when opening the minor title screen? (tried to report to the bugtracker but it kept saying that my dump file was over the limit and did not accept .rar also)

Weird, I have the latest one and still have it. Anyway, did the mechanics to form Tamriel change? I already have the amulet.
You might need to do a new checkout to make sure you've got everything up to date, sometimes an update can glitch out if the server is experiencing particularly heavy traffic for example.

But I'm troubled because I still can't form Tamriel - I started at the Akavir Invasion as a colovian, usurped the Cyrodillic Empire and worked my way to conquer everything in Tamriel (+Alinor). I have found the Amulet already, but... there is no event, no decision, nothing. I can't form it. Am I dumb or what?

You have to personally have 3 kingdom titles, either you or a vassal have to have the Imperial Isle and you must not be incapable, infirm or imbecile for the decision to show up.

I would. The beta patch fixes many vanilla issues.

I've been using them together and I haven't encountered any problems so far, outside of the usual bugs in the SVN version/beta patch. It's not broken or unstable.
Hey, again not sure where I'm supposed to post stuff like this, I was getting somewhat annoyed by the Archmages being represented by the horse archers Icon, so I've got an updated special units bar file with horse archers replaced by a colour changed variation of the Battlemage Icon with a little bit of fire behind him. not sure if you'll want to use it or if you've got something of your own in the works but here it is.

I've had generations of rulers fail at it. Even when some of them were basically throne breaking abominations. "Some Wolves RUN!"
Ive actually gotten to the door and knocked but no one answered and it treats it like a fail too
As dragonborn, you get 3rd option of all of the steps to just get past without trouble
