While playing the SVN version of this mod. I decided to change the mortality rate of infants back to 0 (I was having an issue with the fact that 2 out of 5 children die and that was not only for my poor family). Yet the game crashes on start up, if I change it back to 0.025 then it works normally again.

Is there any fix for this strange issue?

Um... back to 0? Infant mortality as defined in defines.lua is actually higher in Vanilla. I'm not sure the engine supports a mortality rate of 0.

Maybe I worded the post wrong, INFANT_DEATH_CHANCE is what I meant.

Did you change it to 0.0, or to 0?

Oh, and is that a Spanish version of Notepad I spy? Notepad is notorious for causing CK2 to crash if you use it to edit defines.lua. Use Notepad++ instead (free download, recommended for all Paradox text file editing.)

I had it in 0.00. I tried with 0.0, still the same issue.

Did you try a different editor?
