[Switch] Snow maps utilities and service vehicles

Been playing PC for months, but the snow maps on Switch are doing things I can't explain. I may just not know how to manage a snow map yet, but some of these things are definitely glitches.

Also, note in some of these shots, I suddenly have over $100k or $300k; I didn't get a pic but at one point my city's population jumped from 108 to 108,000, unlocked several milestones artificially, then went back to 108 (but I got to keep the money )

All of these have happened all at once on each of the 3 snow maps, with several new cities tried on each one.

Electricity not flowing to water pump that's nearly touching an operating turbine

Water and sewage getting "stuck" with dead pipes on either side (replacing pipes doesn't fix) (can pipes freeze or something?)

Power lines becoming "dead" and not working, even if replaced

Also couldn't get a pic of flashing icon but I had a geothermal heat plant saying it needed heat... How is that possible?

Hmm. Have you tried building more power plants, water pumps and heating plants? The UI could be glitched and say you have alot of availability but really you don't have enough.

As for the population, garbage truck and police cars I'm not sure. My guess with the garbage trucks wpuld be that since your sewage dumps don't have enough electricity the garbage trucks are trying to collect the sewage?
