Switch to Germn in the steam version possible?

Hello all,

I bought this week-end the steam version of the EIC Collection. It should be playable in different languages. In steam I switch it to German but nothing happened after the download. All is in English, so my question how can I change it to German?

Perhaps ask in the Steam forum for EIC?
There´s the opposite problem discussed there about a problem with the german version
