Hey there! Yeah, I had a similar issue too. I bought some DLCs, but they didn't show up in my Owned Items. It's just weird. I can't figure it out, but I begin supposing it's my browser the problem or Idk.

You haven't connected your Steam and Paradox account, that's one reason for it not working
. Do that at accounts.paradoxplaza.com and then sync.

I know I sound like a broken record but can you sync your items again? More magic has been done in the backend and based on what we see it's working as it should. For anyone claiming to not see any badges, please make sure your Steam and Paradox account are connected .

Edit: Well, partly worked. Some games from Steam are not in the "owned" on the sync page (though they are in the library / games of new / old account page), like Victoria 3 or CK3 expansions.
It would be good to have Epic sync some day (what's the point of connecting its account otherwise?).

An Epic sync would be awesome but unfortunately they don't have an API we can use, same problem with Microsoft ><. If there ever is one we'll make sure to incorporate it! As for the missing badges it's most likely down to us not having uploaded them. There are several missing, especially for games/dlc released from mid 2022 and onwards. It's also being worked on.
Cities doesn't actually come with avatars and I actually have no idea why not ><. From what I can gather only Cities: Skylines Parklife pre order came with avatars and that's... odd. Sadly that's nothing I can sort but you can always ask on the Cities forum if the community team can make it happen somehow.
It worked!. One Question, AoW 4 doesn't show up in Owned products. Will it appear after release?
My CK3 bling now appears as owned in Steam, so everything was resolved for my particular acct issue, thanks. But I have to say, once you mention the reliance on a "3rd Party..." -- such things can cause the hair on the back of my neck to stand up (summarized - a slight cringe factor, ha).

- i bought some DLCs that are not in my Owned Items
- on post, it displays 218 badges, but i have 228 registered Owned Items (and that doesn't count the issue right above)
- there are still several DLCs and games without badges as mentioned in the Paradox Interactive Forums • Medals & Icons thread
Anyone still having this problem? My Stellaris badges haven’t updated since Nemesis. I just discovered that my steam account was delinked, but I’ve linked it again and tried to sync it a number of times now. No effect.

We've not added new items to the forum for a very long time so there are a lot of items missing. It's up to each community team to sort these and I'm sure they'll be added eventually but unfortunately I have no idea when it may happen.
My badges and owned items haven't worked for like, a year. It's actually comical now, going to refresh 'owned items'. I've owned some games for a long time and the forum shows absolutely nadda.
